Jesus was walking toward a village. Ten men with leprosy saw Him from far away. They shouted, “Jesus, please have mercy on us!”

He looked at them and said, “Go and show yourselves to the religious leaders.” While they were on their way, they discovered they were completely healed

One of them, when he realized he was healed, came back to Jesus, shouting his thanks. He threw himself down at Jesus’ feet, deeply grateful. This man was considered an outsider in that society

Jesus asked, “Weren’t ten men healed? Where are the other nine? Was no one else thankful except this foreigner?” Then he said to the man, “Get up and go. Your trust has made you well.”
